Plus, two family members used them for their awnings and were completely thrilled. They were busy, but got out to us as soon as possible. They worked with a few design adjustments we made - some of which were last-minute. The work itself was done quickly and quietly over two days; with a two-man crew that cleaned up after themselves very well and were very cordial and respectful. The resulting awning structure is absolutely amazing. My wife, kids and I have enjoyed every minute of our new patio experience. It has held up extremely well during several hard Ohio summer rainstorms, and is surprisingly quiet; even during the hardest rainfall. Zero leaks. Awesome company!! I asked for a quote on a Saturday through the website, within a couple hours Tim contacted, setup a time come by and gave me a quote within a couple days. He told me a couple weeks for installation but was able to get me in a little earlier. Shane and Jason arrived on the morning of installation and immediately got to work. Super great guys, professional, personable and very helpful. They kept me informed all day as to their progress and what was going on with the build. I cant say enough good things about this install. The finished project is amazing, looks great, and has completely surpassed my expectations. My utmost appreciation goes out to entire team at Dacraft, especially Tim, Shane, and Jason!!
